I spent years advising businesses on IT solutions, running service operations and leading the transformation of IT services before I moved into product management. That orders matters to me, as my past experience helps me to fix AI-driven business transformations.

Today, I lead conversational AI products for a global logistics operator, including knowledge assistants and customer-facing chatbots.

I write here about what I am actually learning.

The title of my blog is "Leading with Heart and Data" because I keep finding that neither is enough on its own. Data builds the case. Heart builds the team.
